Fudai has been with me for two weeks now, and during this time, I’ve had the chance to learn much more about her personality. She is a very sweet and lively little girl full of energy. Although her tiny body is only about 20 lbs, she seems to have no intention of slowing down for even a moment. When she is not playing and wrestling with the other small dogs, she enjoys playing with toys by herself. Her favourite is a ball — she can happily entertain herself with it for a long time. She is affectionate, wants to be around her human. Fudai loves treats and is very food-driven, which makes her easier to train. At 8 months old, she is smart and at a wonderful age to learn, build good habits, and grow with her future family. Her potty habits are also very good. Although she was previously trained in her foster home to use an indoor dog toilet, she quickly adjusted to going potty outdoors during her walks and outdoor time. As long as she is taken outside on a regular schedule, she should no longer need pee pads. Fudai would do best with a loving, active family that enjoys outdoor activities and can provide her with patience, structure, plenty of playtime, proper care, and continued training as she grows. She is still a young puppy, full of curiosity and energy, and she deserves a family who will guide her with kindness, patience, and commitment.
